Song of the Week – Tornado of Souls

I decided to pick a song completely at random for this week’s song of the week instead of focusing on something new.  Out nearly 10K songs that I own, Megadeth’s Tornado of Souls was chosen randomly by my music library.  It’s interesting since Megadeth has received so much shit of their recent album Super Collider.  I guess we get to take a listen to a song from my favorite album of all-time; one that surely can’t be denied its place in thrash metal history.  It’s hard to pick the best song on this album, but this is surely high on the list.  Have a great Wednesday and we’ll see you tomorrow with a review of a cool game I just got done playing called Dishonored.

  1. Not your fault or the one of your music library, but Dave Mustaine does really annoy me lately. He seems to be everywhere. Since his nutjob statements got out of hand he got more and more attention. He even made it to mainstream news here in Germany (for the German meda it’s always worth to spend a few lines on an American religious/rightwing idiot, maybe makes people feel better about themselves).
Mustaine gradual reaches the level were I can’t enjoy his – unquestionably great – music because I can’t seperate it from him as a person.

    • Yes, it hard to separate the man from the music, but he has always been a dick, but now you throw religion into the mix and it’s worse.
